(10) DAY CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY:

If you cancel your service 10 days from your date of purchase OR extended 10-Day Trial period offered by WaveNet support, we’ll refund your first month of internet as well as the full activation fee once the equipment is returned. Your refund will be credited to the credit card on file.

IN SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY – After (10 days)

To place a cancellation request, you must contact us either by phone: 214-810-5093 or by email: billing@wavenet.co. After your 10 day trial period expires, you can still cancel your internet service at any time without an early termination fee. Because the equipment is leased at no additional cost for the duration of the service, it will need to be returned to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is a prepaid service and we do not under any circumstances offer any service refunds after the 10 day trial period.
